What this site collects

If you fill in the contact form, I collect the name, company, email address, phone number, roles and message you choose to give me. Nothing else on this site collects personal information.

Why

To answer you and, if we work together, to run the search we discuss. That is the only reason.

Who sees it

Me. Form submissions are delivered through a third-party form service and arrive in my email. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone else except where I am required to by law.

How long I keep it

Business correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for our working relationship. Ask me to delete your information and I will.

Candidates

If you send me a resume, I use it to evaluate you for roles I am working on, and I share it with a client only in connection with a specific role. Tell me to stop at any time.

Resumes and candidate contact details are stored in an applicant tracking system I use to manage searches.
